Most recently I have been working with established sommelier Amy Yancey (Pocket Somm) to curate these sort-of “out of Greenville” style meals, channeling my travels to Atlanta, Charleston and NYC. Big city vibes and palates for these esteemed diners across the upstate. Big and bold flavors coursed with small family vineyard wines. There are plenty of chefs out there doing dinners in-home, but no one is creating niche experiences with food and beverage like Amy and myself currently. From caviar to foie gras and wild game.
